What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product family. For cardboard POS we can start as low as 200 units; for custom metal or acrylic fixtures MOQ is typically 100 units. We always publish MOQ on the product card, and we'll do small pilot runs for new partners.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
Yes. We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, certificates of origin, and any region-specific documentation (CE, UKCA, FCC, PROP65, etc.). DDP and DAP terms both available.
How long does a store design project take?
A typical 200–500 m² store is 6–8 weeks from kickoff to open, with 3D walkthrough in week 3 and contractor handoff in week 5. Larger flagships run 12–16 weeks.
Is the Vision Retail app free?
Yes — a single-store, single-user free tier is supported by ads (AdMob and partners listed in our app-ads.txt and Privacy Policy). Pro is a paid monthly subscription for multi-store teams with no ads and advanced analytics.
Where do you ship from?
Our primary production facilities are in mainland China and Vietnam, with finishing and QC hubs in Hong Kong, the Netherlands, and the United States. We pick the origin based on lead time, cost, and trade-lane efficiency for your order.
Can you white-label the app for our brand?
